JPR offers Commercial Cleaning Services along with Construction Site Services such as Site Shed and Offices Cleaning, Lunch Sheds and Change rooms, First Aid and Training and meeting rooms and also Toilets (Sheds and Porta-loos).

All our cleaning teams are trained in Infectious Control Policy and Procedures (Nationally Recognised Unit of Competency). We currently have an employee base of 25 Cleaning Personnel either employed casually or part-time.

We offer traineeship opportunities in Certificate III in Cleaning Operations to our team members once they have passed our internal training programs, along with Part Time Roles to create a more loyal and accountable workforce.

We use technologies for recording our cleaning schedules and locations which can be used as a video verification of our services and quality control.

We offer opportunities to our Construction Site Services Team to those who may find it difficult to secure employment in the commercial cleaning areas due to pre-criminal history limitations and barriers. We recruit heavily from local indigenous communities whereby we have a 60% aboriginal participation rate at our Moore Park Site presently.

Our pre-employment training and recruitment strategy allows us to work with the Workforce Australia providers and give opportunities where other companies would turn away from the barriers that our jobseekers have.
