What we are about?

Our goal is to be the employer of choice within our chosen industries. We will do this by having our own directly employed workforce, providing both accredited and non-accredited training opportunities for our personnel, working towards a permanent workforce (in industries of a Casual Role basis) and by providing mentoring and ongoing support to ALL our employees’ Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and Non-Indigenous.
