Who We Are?
ABOUT OUR JOURNEY
We realised that there was a need across a number of industries for a services group who operate organically using only direct employees, no subcontractors. Employees who are motivated and accountable by being direct employees working under the relevant industry awards and allowances, with both educational and financial incentives (plus additional skills/experience loadings).
We started out in humble beginnings as a small boutique security services provider, yet it was difficult to make a difference and show everyone out there what we were capable off when we were being undercut by ‘dodgy providers’ paying ‘Cash’ and operating in the realm of “Modern Slavery’ by abusing the market with unsustainable charge rates.
So, we started a campaign of educating our potential clients of the Enterprise-Wide Operating Risks they were taking on by engaging and using those ‘Dodgy Operators’.
Yes, we got feedback from Existing Clients “Your Rates are ridiculous that’s too much to pay for just a Security Guard”, “You have to be kidding I can find Guards cheaper and it’s no risk to me if they get paid cash as I employ a company to pay them” and “I am not liable for the guards if they are getting cash and get injured”.
Yet, we had some new clients who stuck by us and embraced the more improved compliance and employment models we were providing. We thank them and now have established as promised, Strategic Business Partnerships.
In addition to Security, we started Construction Site Cleaning, which morphed into Traffic Control and COVID Marshalls for our Construction Clients. We secured new contracts in the Construction Industry with John Holland and Laing O’Rourke within the Sydney Metro Project Plan.
In August 2021 we achieved Supply Nation Certification, this will allow us to follow our dreams and create more opportunities for us to showcase the services of the group and our amazing team of employees.
In November 2021, we proudly commenced strategic planning on our next business service, Commercial Lawn & Garden Services, which has seen new opportunities into a number of Tender Bids which will see new employment opportunities for regional Aboriginal Communities to become self-sustainable and in control of their own futures, making generational changes and benefits for the mob!
